Agtira is a foodtech company that delivers and operates facilities for sustainable and profitable food production. By growing cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, and other vegetables directly adjacent to stores, we eliminate the transport chain and ensure consumers can enjoy fresh vegetables year-round.

Our business model, Farming-as-a-Service (FaaS), means that we build and operate a customized facility for the products the customer wants. The customer purchases their entire supply at fixed prices over a longer period, up to 15 years. Agtira's ambition is to be a global leader in urban farming and to continuously develop both cultivation methods and software support.

In this role, you will work harvesting cucumbers at Agtira's greenhouse facility in Haninge. The work involves carefully cutting the cucumbers from the plants and placing them in boxes that are lifted manually. Periodically, you will also assist with replanting, which involves removing and cleaning out the old plants, sanitizing the greenhouse, and planting new seedlings.

You will work independently in a warm climate, and the work also involves heavy lifting. You will receive a thorough introduction covering all parts of the operation to ensure that both you and Agtira feel confident that the work is being performed correctly.
